About Pam Merriman
My love for Real Estate started as a young child. For as long as I can remember I have always enjoyed going through open houses. As an adult I purchased my first home at 20 and found the process exciting and gratifying.
Becoming a Realtor was a life-long goal of mine with the sole purpose to offer clients service that is a cut above the rest. My belief in old fashion service with modern marketing enables me to surpass expectations.
I am known for being able to put customers at ease, making them feel their needs are my number one priority. I genuinely care for and about the people I work with.
I have been in the real estate related industry for over 30 years. First in the title industry then as a licensed loan originator I have working knowledge of all three aspects of real estate and use this knowledge to better serve my clients.
I believe clients, past and present would say I work hard to find the home that fits them perfectly. It excites me to be able to offer well researched advice on the market, thereby enabling buyers and or sellers to make informed decisions regarding their real estate needs.
In addition to my status as a Realtor, I have also earned the PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor Certification), IREP (International Real Estate Practitioner) and Interior Staging and Decorating Professional Designation.
When not out selling real estate, chances are you will find me volunteering for multiple charities/community events, boating and spending time with my family, especially my grandchildren. I believe in close family ties and enjoy every minute with them.
